The three pilot services address critical challenges faced by eHealth startups and SMEs:
Product Validation: Many health innovators develop prototypes without knowing if they will work for real users. TIGER’s Product Validation in Target Environment service enables companies to test their health innovations under realistic conditions with actual target users. Participants receive detailed test reports with user feedback and actionable recommendations for product improvement.
Expert Assessment: Healthcare innovators often find themselves stuck on specific challenges or regulatory hurdles that impede progress. TIGER’s Expert Assessment service connects participants with specialized experts to address regulatory compliance, intellectual property questions, technical development issues, or other specific obstacles. A National TIGER Expert serves as a dedicated support liaison throughout the process, ensuring participants precisely receive the right expertise.
Market Entry Accelerator: Navigating the complex Alpine healthcare markets to launch innovative elderly care or telemedicine solutions is daunting for many startups. TIGER’s Market Entry Accelerator for Innovative Technologies offers personalized business canvases specifically adapted for Alpine healthcare systems. Participants benefit from collaborative expert review sessions providing cross-regional perspectives on revenue streams, payment mechanisms, and regulatory requirements.

These three initial services represent the first wave of TIGER’s comprehensive commitment to empowering Alpine eHealth innovators to develop patient-driven solutions for remote senior healthcare.
