As a core partner, HTS leads WP1 and activities A1.1, A1.2, and A1.4, collaborating with ICS and GGZ to engage target groups in Styria and involve companies in Close2Market and Ideation pilot actions. HTS provides services for pilot testing, with no state-aid relevance. GGZ is a leading competence center for geriatric medicine and care, actively engaged in the EIP AHA reference site of Styria and well-connected to European and global networks such as EUGMS and EUPHA. As part of a broad network of care facilities in Austria, GGZ has extensive expertise in elderly care. In recent years, GGZ/ASIGG has focused on co-creation methods, establishing the ESTHER Lab as a living lab for social innovation in care. Within the project, GGZ will contribute to all work packages, working closely with ICS and HTS to engage target groups in Styria and involve companies and service providers in Close2Market and Ideation pilot actions. GGZ will provide services for pilot testing, with no state-aid relevance. As an active player in regional research and industry networks, IGZ collaborates with key clusters such as Medical Valley in healthcare and the mechatronics and automation cluster. Within the project, IGZ will contribute to all work packages, lead activity A2.2, and work with OTH-AW to engage target groups in Bavaria, involving companies and service providers in Close2Market and Ideation pilot actions. Its expertise is further reinforced by specialized study programs, including Digital Healthcare Management, Physician Assistance, and Medical Law.
Within the project, OTH-AW will actively contribute to all work packages, lead activity A2.4, and collaborate with IGZ to engage target groups in Bavaria, facilitating the involvement of companies and service providers in Close2Market and Ideation pilot actions. The university will provide services for pilot testing, with no state-aid relevance. Additionally, OTH-AW will involve IFOHRA GmbH, particularly in A1.2, and Gesundheitsregion Plus Nordoberpfalz, contributing to A1.2, A1.3, and A3.5 as observers.
OTH-AW has extensive experience in EU-funded projects. It has participated in multiple INTERREG DE-CZ initiatives, including the “Development of a Screw Motor” (2017), “Teaching Together for the Future” (2020), and “The Potential of Surface Optimization for 3D Printed Metallic Components” (2023). The Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI NCA) is a public institution based in the Alpes-Maritimes, France, dedicated to supporting local businesses. With a strong track record in nurturing innovative companies and delivering training programs, CCI NCA plays a key role in driving business growth in the region.
As part of the project, CCI NCA will actively contribute to all work packages, lead activity A3.2, and collaborate with EBM to engage target groups in Region Sud, facilitating the involvement of companies and service providers in the Close2Market and Ideation pilot actions. Over 80% of innovative healthcare companies in the south of France are members of Eurobiomed, which now boasts over 400 members.
Within the TIGER project, EBM will serve as the communication manager, actively contributing to all work packages. It will lead activity A3.1 and collaborate with CCI NCA to engage target groups in Region Sud, facilitating the involvement of companies and service providers in Close2Market and Ideation pilot actions. EBM will provide services for pilot testing, with no state-aid relevance. Additionally, it will involve **Region SUD Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur** in policy development and **EDIH Move2Digital** in the expert pool and pilot actions as observers.

It has led multiple projects, including **WOOL (ADRION 14-20), ECOMAP (Italy-Croatia 14-20), HEALING PLACES (Central Europe 14-20), and ISE-EMH (Italy-Slovenia 14-20)**. As the lead organization of HealthWise DIH, TPLJ provides specialized support for health-focused SMEs. The organization has played a key role in Slovenia’s Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) and contributes to strategic partnerships such as Smart Cities and Health-Medicine. With strong expertise in health, entrepreneurship, and policy development, TPLJ is a valuable partner in the TIGER project.
Within the project, TPLJ will actively contribute to all work packages, lead WP2 and activities A2.1 and A2.5, and collaborate with IZRIIS to engage target groups in Slovenia, ensuring the involvement of companies and service providers in Close2Market and Ideation pilot actions. TPLJ will provide services for pilot testing, with no state-aid relevance. Additionally, the Slovene Enterprise Fund will be involved as an observer in the expert pool, while the National Institute of Public Health will contribute to policy development.
With extensive experience in EU-funded projects, TPLJ has participated in over 30 national and international initiatives, organizing events and driving technological innovation. Notable Interreg projects include Circular 4.0, Smart Space, Diva, digitalLIFE4CE, and ACSELL. Actively involved in action plans and strategies, TPLJ applies a quadruple helix approach to foster the circular economy and creative industries, demonstrating its expertise in both Interreg and Horizon programs.
