A Low Technology Readiness Level (LOW TRL), as understood by TIGER, refers to solutions, products or services that are in the early stages of development. These concepts are typically at the research or concept stage, where basic principles have been explored but practical implementation, testing or validation is limited. At this stage, the focus is often on establishing feasibility, refining ideas and providing a basis for further development.
