TIGER organizes hackathons as collaborative innovation sprints to tackle challenges in the healthcare, social, and startup sectors. From Austria to France and Germany– we design tailored formats that deliver impactful solutions. This comprehensive service helps eHealth SMEs solve specific problems through expert collaboration
Apply and Define Your Challenge
The journey begins when your company applies to TIGER’s corporate hackathon service, available in Austria, France, and Germany. You’ll work closely with the local TIGER partner to clearly define your specific problem – whether design, technical, or process-related – and establish realistic expected outcomes through a thorough needs assessment.
Commit Resources for Maximum Impact
Success requires active participation. Your company must allocate 5-6 days of staff time and designate 2-3 company mentors throughout the process. These mentors will guide the expert teams, answer questions, and ensure solutions align with your business needs. Participation in TIGER hackathons is free of charge for selected companies, excluding travel and accommodation costs, which must be covered by the companies themselves.
Experience the Corporate Innovation Sprint
The local partner organizes a focused corporate hackathon with 3-4 teams of 4-6 experts each, working exclusively on your specific challenge. During the intensive 12-36 hour session, participants develop targeted solutions while your mentors provide guidance. A qualified jury evaluates all proposals and selects winners
Receive Comprehensive Solutions
We collect all team solutions specifically addressing your defined problem, giving you multiple approaches to consider for implementation.
International Follow-up Opportunity
An International Hackathon will follow in Autumn 2026, offering additional networking and collaboration opportunities for participating companies across the Alpine region.
The corporate hackathon service empowers Alpine eHealth innovators by providing expert-driven solutions to specific business challenges, supporting TIGER’s mission to bridge the gap from concept to market success.
